Had a set time to message my daughter to check in for safety and that was it. No more phone use no laptop.

♥️7 day digital detox got me loving my life in the moment and truly just appreciating what is around me. Soaking it in.

♥️7 day digital detox got me grateful more not grabbing for my phone but grabbing my thoughts 💭 & leaning into them

♥️7 day digital detox got me losing track of time in all the best ways sitting on that beach and just letting things flow appreciating life
⏳ fully immersed in what actually matters. The here and now.

♥️7 day digital detox bought me new connections with people who I looked at smiled and opened up conversations with. Not looking down on the phone.

♥️7 day digital detox made me realise the feeling my phone and laptop give me which at times is unhealthy 🤒 —less mindless scrolling, more intentional living.

♥️I felt naturally tired at 9:30pm and wasn’t then scrolling and being stimulated and slept well. My head feels pretty damn good 😌 I’ve exercised more. I’ve created some healthy boundaries to using my phone and keeping it in the drawer out of sight and mind.
